I was lucky then bc they successfully booked me and my family on two different tours: one in the central part of vietnam and the other in the Mekong Delta area. We appreciated both and had a very good time traveling with their devoted and higly experienced tour guides; they took good care of us and had pretty good ground experience.
We equally appreciated the airbnb-like hotel experience in Saigon where we spent several days in between the expeditions.
I would highly recommend this tourism/travel agency to anyone and look forward to booking with them next time I travel to Vietnam.

Tong from Travelmates was incredibly helpful when I was planning my trip to Vietnam with my friends. He was super responsive and always reachable via Whatsapp - so communication was really easy and straightforward. He assisted my South African friend in getting his visa at the last minute, he arranged a special birdwatching excursion to Cuc Phuong National Park, and he also arranged a luxury two night cruise in Ha Long Bay for us at a very good price. Unfortunately, the cruise got cancelled due to the typhoon, but Tong offered us an alternative which we could not take unfortunately, but then was able to give us a full refund. The birdwatching tour was really special as it felt like a genuine adventurous excursion and not something that many tourists do. We could not have done it without the knowledgable tour guides. We were a bit unlucky with rain in the morning, but were able to see some cool birds in the afternoon when the sun came out again (including the Pied Falconet, which was so special). The guide also showed us around the primate rescue center, which we all loved. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is looking to experience the Vietnamese rainforest and have a less touristy experience. All in all, I would highly recommend Travelmates for those coming to Vietnam and looking for assistance in planning their trip - it will certainly enhance your experience!
