What is your service cancellation and refund policy?
All refund, cancellation, and change policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific service providers at the time of use, and may vary depending on the nature of the group or booking. How far in advance should we plan our business trip?
Suppliers and airlines have specific booking deadlines depending on the travel season, each with its own conditions. We highly recommend planning your business trip as early as possible to secure service availability and the most competitive rates.
Is my personal information safe when shared with Travelmates?
Thank you for your concern regarding data privacy—this is also one of our top priorities. All customer information is encrypted before being shared with relevant service partners and is automatically deleted from our system six months after your trip concludes. Travelmates guarantees that your personal data will never be shared with any third party except those directly involved in fulfilling your travel services.
